Ugly Christmas Sweater

Sorry, Peeps

Sorry, couldn't find anything amusing to post today. All the memes seem the same.

On a different note, I turned in the errata draft of the piece I've been editing. After a month of frustration and several hours of work (I'd estimate 30 hours), I've been paid $10.58. I guess I'm leaving another publisher. While I was paid upfront and this was for a single piece, working for publishers so desperate to publish that they're willing to publish anything by authors who do not know the basics of writing, ummm . . . I guess I could always go back to fast food . . . would you like fries with that?
